High frequency ultrasound microscope uScan
The μ SCAN ultrasonic scanning microscope is a three-axis automated ultrasonic testing system. Mainly used for testing flat specimens or workpieces.
The bandwidth of the ultrasound host can range from 1 MHz to 100 MHz, and the sampling frequency can reach up to 250 MHz. The imaging resolution can range from 0.5 μ m to 4000 μ m.
Support echo detection and transmission detection. Different scanning ranges can be selected based on the size of the tested workpiece:
